My extensive background in real estate, business, taxation, and law prepares me to provide knowledgeable legal counsel so clients understand all their options and can choose effective resolutions of their business and personal needs. I go the extra mile to secure my clients’ satisfaction and draw upon more than 20 years of business and law experience and personal strengths of tact and diplomacy to ensure my clients’ interests are served.

For more than five years I worked as an attorney/tax consultant for the “Big Four” accounting firms Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  I now provide services in business law, commercial and residential real estate law, estate planning, business taxation and finance for individuals and small and medium-sized business clients in Westport, Stamford, and throughtout Connecticut and New York.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA degree from Syracuse University. I received a law degree from Syracuse and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Taxation from Georgetown University. I have an avid interest in professional sports and fine art and welcome the opportunity to provide for the business law and financial planning needs of professional athletes and fine art collectors in Westport, New Canaan, Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, and Weston.
